Your performance was incomparable to anything I've ever seen, period. Normally, school assemblies are boring, but this presentation was over the top exciting. When you threw the light onto the screen to make the heart, and then made it start beating, I thought you were a magician. But then, you played the guitar, and I thought you were a musician. And now, I have no idea what you are. What I do know is that you follow through with big ideas that no one would ever think to be possible, and you have inspired me to do the same and just enjoy life. You just kept on creating and creating, and I know you will keep on doing so. That performance was just crazy amazing and I hope you come back to visit us again, in the middle of nowhere, soon.
I am speechless. I loved your performance. You taught a lesson that needed to be taught. I hope when I'm older I can hear your story again and maybe even sign my signature on your picture. I really appreciate you coming to Colorado.
Thank you so much for sharing your amazing art with us at Zach Elementary. I have heard it said that great art should evoke emotion, and yours certainly did with me. There were so many personal connections for me; I laughed, was amazed more than a handful of times, and even cried. What a wonderful, and unintended, lesson for students about the power of art and humanity. You are amazing and I am so glad the universe put you in my life the moment it did.
Love, light and peace,

Thank you for coming to visit our school today and sharing your story with us. We enjoyed it so much that it led to us making a list about all the things we "believe" that you are. It inspired a 20 minute brainstorming session. Here is what we came up with:

What a tremendous presentation! I have heard so many tremendous reviews from the adults and children who attended The Signature Project at Old Mill School yesterday! The magnitude of this endeavor is humbling but INSPIRING on so many levels! Thank you for sharing your talent with us...I'm hoping the kids realize they can and should dream and DO whatever speaks to them!
Hi Patrick Dunning, my name is Alexandra Duthie, you came to our school (Bernardsville Middle School) today on May 24th 2017. I just need to say that your presentation really blew me away. It was amazing to see your project and how it's growing, it's inspiring. I' running out of things to say, I mean all I can do is leave my jaw hung open at the sight of what you've done and what you are going to continue to do. Thank you for coming to my school, you've put a new perspective in my mind.
Thank you again,
I had the privilege of attending your Signature Project presentation today at the Pulaski Road School assembly, on Long Island, NY. Your artistic concept is pure genius. The beauty of layering, the music used to help tell your story, the math and science needed to make this project a reality, and the magic of your delivery had the children mesmerized, but no more than I! I was captivated from the moment you began to tell the story of the Eye you saw in the bridge from your art studio in Dublin, and I didnt want the assembly to end. I count it an honor to have been able to add my signature to your project, and the memory of this day will stay with me throughout my life. I hope one day to be able to see the finished work of art. Thank you for sharing with us today!

Thank you SOOOO much for visiting our school!!! Your show was AMAZING! I loved how every single thing you talked about connected to the painting, like the Morse code and the ultraviolet light and the hand in the top corner and the painting of your father and the eye hanging from the bridge in Ireland and your brother's beautiful music, and the motorcycle getting pulled over, and it's so amazing how you can preservere through these 25 years and counting, and make something that requires such thought and such concentration, and I like how you used any obstacles IN your paintings, like your cat Bailey. You are just so creative and amazing, and you turn anything you see into a project and it always works out! THANK YOUUUUU!!!

Bravo Patrick Dunning, what a unique, inspiring performance! Old Mill School is so fortunate to be part of this creative, amazing experience. As a friend of mine said to me, "I can not explain this performance to you, it is one you must experience" So glad I did!
The world should see your project-I pray for you to complete it. It is the message of unity, peace, kindness and love. I was touched on every level and I feel blessed to have been a part of it. Visually brilliant! Thank you
